Whether you're pregnant or not, good food and vitamins are
probably good for you, so you can make an effort to have
very good nutrition even if you don't know whether you're
pregnant.  Nutrition in the first few weeks of pregnancy
is particularly important -- for example, getting enough
folic acid.

I think antibiotics during pregnancy can harm the baby, and
I don't remember what stage of pregnancy that's important at,
so it may be a good idea to get more information about that
right away.  Even if your doctor is hard to get to, you can
still call and try to make an appointment.  Maybe Planned
Parenthood has information on that.

The first time you do something it can seem really hard, but
you can still do it.  Breaking it into steps may help.  You can
decide to just do step 1 and not worry for now about what comes
after that.  Writing down your thoughts can also
be calming.
